We strive to deliver the best possible quality for our Enfuze Atlanta products and installations.
This page provides a general summary of the Enfuze Atlanta Warranty for convenience and informational purposes only. All warranty terms, conditions, limitations, and procedures are governed exclusively by the Terms & Conditions provided with your proposal and agreement. In the event of any conflict, the Terms & Conditions shall control.
Your local consumer protection laws may provide additional rules on warranty. The Enfuze Atlanta Warranty does not in any way restrict the rights that you may have under such rules.
Subject to the Terms & Conditions, Enfuze-branded products are generally warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years. Installation services provided by Enfuze Atlanta are also generally warranted for three (3) years. The applicable warranty period, scope of coverage, and start date are defined in the Terms & Conditions. The Enfuze Atlanta Warranty does not guarantee that our products will at all times operate without interruption or will be error-free, or that all errors may be corrected.
Certain third-party products have their own warranty terms.
If a valid warranty claim is made in accordance with the Terms & Conditions, Enfuze Atlanta will, at its option and as outlined in the Terms & Conditions, repair or replace the defective product.
If a reported issue is determined not to be covered under warranty, we will seek to provide available service or replacement options, which may be subject to additional charges.
Except as expressly provided in the Terms & Conditions:
The warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace your product.
Your Enfuze Atlanta Warranty is non-transferrable.
Warranty exclusions include, but are not limited to:
Damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, or external causes
Use not in accordance with product instructions
Products with missing or altered serial numbers
Products that have been opened, modified, or tampered with
Issues caused by third-party products, components, or systems
Returns
Enfuze Atlanta provides permanently-installed products for your outdoor living space. These products, once installed and used, cannot be returned to be restocked or resold. However, as a customer of Enfuze Atlanta, your satisfaction is guaranteed. Simply put, we stand behind our products and installation services and will do everything in our power to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
